Complement your Asian foods with Fine Wine

This workshop has a range of formats to suit the time allocated, number of guests and the depth of the challenge you would like to portray.

Wine tasting with finger food, is an informal event where the overarching tips are shared as to what generally works with spicy foods.  Guests try four to six canapés each with their own textures and spices and Anita talks them through the sparkling, rosé, white and red wines suited to these canapés.  This 2 hour educational event also works well with specific country wines, beers, ciders or old world wines, making it ideal for a corporate event.

Alternatively, why not create an evening event where Anita will interact with your guests throughout dinner, introducing each course with its complementary wines, inviting feedback from the audience and providing tasting notes on each of the wines.

Each of these formats can include a competitive edge with a food and wine quiz or blind tasting and the winning teams being awarded a prize.  Whichever you choose, you are guaranteed your guests will have interacted with each other and shared knowledge and experience, breaking down office barriers.
