This half day hands on course will show you everything you need to know to get started on curries. I’ll demonstrate the main different types of curry and get you creating your own perfect mouthwatering sauces and curries
I’ll help to demystify the curry making process in a fun and creative way, leaving you with practical, hands on experience and Indian home style cookery secrets to take home. Learn about the most useful spices in Indian cookery and how to blend them to create your own aromatic spice blend or masala.
Use the spice blends to cook your own main meat or vegetarian curry using a sauce, curry side dish and bread accompaniments, under expert my guidance. Discover the various ways chillies can be used and how to tell how hot the different chilli varieties are. Enjoy the fabulous curry meal you have learned to create in a social setting with the other course participants.
This course is the perfect springboard into the wonders of curry and will start you on your own Indian culinary adventure !
