There is a myth that making your own curry is difficult, well Anita is going to show you how simple it can be to make your own delicious and healthy curries.
This half day course will show you everything you need to know to get started on curries. Anita will demonstrate the different elements that go into curry making and then you will be able to make your own meat or vegetable curry dish choosing from a selection of pre-blended spices. Before the end of the class you will each present your dishes and discuss the different flavours and textures. This course is the perfect springboard into Indian cookery!
