My latest cookbook ‘A Life of Spice’ offers unique recipes and insights into North Indian cuisine. It includes my favourite curries (many vegetarian), traditional breads and desserts. The book draws on inspiration given to me from my Mum and the many dishes we all enjoyed cooking together as a family. She was an advocate of feeding and nurturing others and aside from being a recipe book, it recounts the journey she embarked upon from India to England, in the 60’s. It includes eleven chapters each with their unique featured recipes including how to grind your own garam masala, dhal’s, tangy yoghurt karhee, breads including chapati, bhatura, cornmeal (makki) roti and much more.
A perfect gift or your own go-to recipe book.

*Proceeds from the sale of the book go to support the Motor Neurone Disease Association, they are doing great things to help people diagnosed with MND and to fund critical research. MND is a progressive neurodegenerative disease for which there is no cure and Mum was a sufferer.
